Builders & construction waste in Newham

Mid-project and running out of room for the waste? We clear builders’ and construction waste across Newham — the rubble from a knock-through, the plasterboard offcuts, the ripped-out kitchen, the packaging and general site mess. Loaded by hand from wherever it is, so your job stays moving.

It suits the small builder, the renovator and the landlord doing up a Newham terrace or flat — a lot of construction waste, no skip on the road, and no time to sort permits.

What we clear from a site

The heavy stuff and the mixed site waste that a job throws off.

  • Rubble, hardcore, bricks and broken concrete
  • Plasterboard, timber and offcuts
  • Ripped-out kitchens, bathrooms and fittings
  • Packaging, bags and general site waste
  • Soil and spoil from groundwork

No skip, no permit, loaded by hand

On a tight Newham street, a skip means a permit, a licence and a lump of road you can’t use — and it sits there until it’s collected. We work differently: a crew comes when the waste is ready, loads it by hand, and takes it away, so you’re not paying for a container to sit half-full outside a Plaistow terrace.

Construction waste has to be handled properly — plasterboard kept separate, inert rubble sent for recycling into aggregate. As a licensed carrier we sort and route it to the right facilities, with the waste transfer paperwork a builder needs.

We cover the whole borough — Stratford, East Ham, Forest Gate, Plaistow, Canning Town, Beckton, Manor Park and Custom House. Tell us what needs clearing and where, and we’ll sort it.

Common questions

Builders & construction waste — the questions we get

Can you take heavy rubble and hardcore?

Yes — rubble, broken concrete, bricks and hardcore are routine for us, loaded by hand and sent for recycling into aggregate where possible. Tell us roughly the volume so we bring the right van.

Do you separate plasterboard?

Yes — plasterboard has to be handled separately from general waste, and we route it to the right facility as a licensed carrier. Flag it when you book so we plan for it.

Is this better than a skip for a small job?

On a tight street, often — no permit, no licence, no container taking up the road for days. We come when the waste is ready and take exactly what’s there. We’ll give you a clear quote for the load.

Do you provide waste transfer notes for the job?

Yes. As a licensed carrier we provide the waste transfer documentation a builder needs for the site records. See our licensed waste carrier page.

Need it cleared?

Tell us what’s there and where. We’ll come back with a clear quote — no obligation, no guesswork.
